Brief Answer:
Cognitive thinking.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

First you should apply cognitive thinking method.. in which you should identify the thoughts or the ideas that make you feel anxious or depressed, then analyze these thoughts or ideas in a rational way to convince yourself that these thoughts or ideas are untrue.. then you should replace these individual thoughts with positive ones to help you feel better.. I would recommend that you engage in a psychotherapy group for that purpose..
Another thing that you can take in a pet, a dog or a cat can make the perfect company, if that is not possible then you can grow some plants.. seeing a plant growing and blossoming was proved to improve mood and decrease anxiety..

You can also engage in social XXXXXXX preferably an activity that involves playing with babies or toddlers for an example as a volunteer in an orphanage.. This should have a dramatic effect in improving the depression, stress and anxiety..

Physical activity is important as well, walking or yoga is among the most calming of all physical activities..

I hope you find this helpful..
