Question: sweaty plams and feet after a day from drinking alcohol (beers). with feeling of tingling on legs, checked vitamins and were good except vit d, taking vit d currently but kinda some problem.

Dear Ma’am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but I would recommend that you get a blood test for blood glucose levels both fasting and postprandial together with a blood test for HbA1c level to exclude diabetes.. If test results were within normal range then I would recommend that you get a blood test for thyroid hormonal profile including T3, T4 and TSH to exclude thyroid hormonal imbalance..
