Brief Answer:
Causes of low platelets need to be ruled out and ANA titre follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
The blood report posted by you shows normal liver function tests, normal renal function tests, normal thyroid function tests, normal lipid profile and normal blood glucose.
The complete blood count shows low platelets and rest of parameters - hemoglobin & white blood cells are normal.
Low platelets can occur in number of conditions like infections, autoimmune disease, bone marrow diseases, drug induced etc.
It is first important to rule out any viral infection in recent past.
Certain drugs can also lower platelet level.
If there is no obvious cause then probably, you need to get a follow up of complete blood counts after an interval of one month.
As far as ANA is concerned, currently the titres of ANA are not significant.
However, a follow up after few months can be done to assess the titres, since autoimmune disorders can also cause low platelets.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.

Thanks and take care
