Brief Answer:
Probably rheumatoid arthritis, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

In my opinion your symptoms seem to be related to arthritis rheumatoid.
This diagnosis would explain symptoms like pain and swelling.
To confirm the diagnosis I would suggest the following examinations :
-rheumatoid factor blood levels
-C-reactive protein blood levels
-erythrocyte sedimentation rate blood levels (ESR)
-x-ray of the leg

Meanwhile, you can continue taking anti-inflammatory medication like Advil.
You can also use anti-inflammatory gels like Voltaren gel for local relief.

Hope my answer was helpful.

Ok I talked to my doctor this morning, she did do the C-reactive blood level test and the ERS test, all results are normal, MRI for my right leg is scheduled for this Friday. would it hurt to treat this Lymes ? I know the Lymes test came back negative test. Also I know from dealing with Lymes it can do that, I personally know 2 people that were miss diagnosed for 2 years because the results kept coming back negative, it almost killed both of them. would it be harmful to me or my body to treat for Lymes even if it were not? and if it is wouldn't that be great to have it cured? and if not then proceed with other test, would that be bad, or a bad choice?

Brief Answer:
I suggest doing a blood test for Lyme before taking medication.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

I suggest you to do the blood test for antibodies to the bacteria of Lyme disease.
I don't recommend taking the medication for Lyme disease without first confirming the diagnosis.
Lyme disease treatment consists in antibiotics, which has many side effects.
These medications should be taken only if necessary.

Take care,
