I would like to have some information.
1.What is the exact value of your SGPT?
2.What is the exact location of pain?
3.Did you have any other test results like Liver function tests
Raised SGPT can occur even in normal individuals after exercise.
Conditions ranging from Hepatitis to Heart failure can increase SGPT levels.
Please consult your doctor and get ECG, ECHOCARDIOGRAM, Ultrasound abdomen etc.
