Question: is it possible that taking metoprolol succinate, Hydrochlorothiazide ,and meloxicam at the same time could cause cardiovascular disease or congestive heart failure?

Regarding your question I would explain that using Meloxicam while on therapy with Hydrochlorothiazide and Metoprolol may lead to several interactions like:

- Meloxicam may decrease the effect of Metoprolol,
- Meloxicam may increase serum potassium, while Hydrochlorothiazide decreases it.
- Meloxicam may increase blood pressure values, and as other NSAIDs may lead to heart failure decompensation.

Anyway, if used for breef periods of time this combination may be considered safe without the rish of the above mentioned issues.
