Dear doctor,

I have uploaded the photos in the reports section, kindly check.

I am quiet worried about this condition of mine, even though it doesn't cause any other symptoms besides these bumps.

Kindly provide me with an answer soon
Best regards

Brief Answer:
Pityriasis Versicolor

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
It is Pityriasis Versicolor, a superficial fungal infection.
You need to take antifungal treatment.
Tablet fluconazole 150 mg once a week for 12 weeks should be helpful.
Please meet your doctor and get it prescribed.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.

sorry for the back to back messages, but does this fungal infection youve described appear as raised bumps ? like goosebumps ? was it clear in the photos i have sent you?

Brief Answer:
Common fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
It is a common fungal infection and is not dangerous.
It appears as white patches around the hair follicles.
Goose bumps are not related to this fungus.
Occasional goose bumps is a normal thing.
Send a clear photograph of the area where these bumps are
appearing for a longer duration.
Yes ketoconazole 2% lotion will work but you must apply it once daily for at least a month.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
