Question: i have a very sharp pain in my abdomen left side. it hurts when I sit. and when I cough.

* Guidelines at present
- Consume more liquids in sessions.
- Prefer easily digestible food stuffs, organic fresh fruits at present.
Avoid spices, non veg, junk food stuffs.
- Get a prescription of dicyclomine ( anti spasmodic medication ) from your family
physician.
- Avoid weight lifting ( if involved ).
- Keep a pain scale chart over the period of time to observe the issue.
* Follow up after 24 hours about the progress of pain or early as per the requirement to
discuss further line of action and possible need of ultrasound examination if at all.
