Brief Answer:
Infection, but not serious

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome. Well, there is obvious erythema, and small area of cellulitis so it indicates wound infection, but it doesn't looks like phlegmone, abscess or some more serious issue. If there is clear discharge then this probably self limiting and you should just be patient. But if there is pus leaking, or increasing pain then I suggest to consult surgeon, take microbiological swab and have antibiotic course with amoxicilin. At this point, it may also be reccomendable to have short course of antibiotics, 5-7days and apply garamicin ointment and aquacel dressing. This should be enough to prevent further progression of infection. Wish you good health.
