Brief Answer:
Most likely Bartholin's cyst, need to be examined

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Ask a Doctor Service.

A bump/lump on the inner side of the labia minora is most likely a cystic swelling of the normally present Bartholin gland but we can be sure only after examining you.

The mild sensation while passing urine could be local irritation or could be due to infection in the bladder or urethra, this can be confirmed by performing a urine culture test and local examination.

Kindly consult your local doctor and get yourself examined, the cyst can be drained on an outpatient setting.

If there is urine infection, it can be treated with antibiotics.

Hope that helps you.
