this has been going on for about two months sporadically. I am diabetic under control. I am on risperadal. buspar trazodone janumet trulance insulin requip myrbetrig atrovastin low dose aspirin vitamin B12 vitamin D3 and a combination calcium magnesium zinc dolzolamide and latanaprost. i am BiPolar as well as diabetic and glacoma

Hi,

Thanks for your query.

The problem you have could be connective tissue complication caused by diabetes. This can sometime s surface up when there is clinical or subclinical Neuropathy.

Neuropathy if due to Vit B12 deficiency, can get corrected on supplementation but if due to diabetes the reversal is difficult.

There is no treatment for the problem you expect physiotherapy. In severe cases one can be prescribed steroids to reduce the inflammation in the tendons or the supporting connective tissue.
