Brief Answer:
Oral and topical antifungal

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

You seem to have a fungal infection. I suggest you to use a topical antifungal e.g either ketoconazole 2% cream or luliconazole 1% cream, twice daily..In addition I suggest you to take an oral antifungal e.g either itraconazole or terbinafine for 4-6 weeks..These are prescription medication. The creams that you have been using have topical steroids in them which are not recommended for treating fungal infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance
