Brief Answer:
Inflammatory bowel disease possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think your problem may be related to inflammatory bowel disease ( ulcerative colitis or chrohn). Bloating and blood in toilet may be related to inflammatory bowel disease.
The chronic inflammation can cause the bloating you are feeling, the blood in stools and weight loss (possibly unintended weight loss, possibly you lost more weight than a vegetarian diet makes you).
They are autoimmune disease.
Also constipation periods alternated with diarrhoea may be symptoms of bowel inflammation.
You may need to do a colonoscopy and occult blood to get diagnosed.

Hope I have answered the question.

Brief Answer:
Cramping, fever and fatigue may be sign of inflammatory bowel disease too.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
Other symptoms may be cramping, abdominal pain, fever, fatigue, reduced appetite, diarrhoea and constipation, anemia.
Nausea is not much related to that. It can be related to stomach issues such ulceras or gastritis or possibly to overall being unwell.
Also remember to ask your doctor about doing a total blood count with formula and ERS.
Also do a biochemical blood balance.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
