Brief Answer:
Generally, removing uterine masses improves fertility, so you do not need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service,

I carefully read your query.

Most of the time, the tissue that the doctor removes through a camera in the womb is a fibroid or a polyp. Both of these are benign (not dangerous) but may cause a woman to have heavy periods and may reduce the chance for pregnancy.
Removing them actually improves the chances for pregnancy so I would say you do not need to worry.

If you can upload the report of the ultrasound examination, I would know for sure what was the tissue that the doctor removed, so if you have it, I would recommend you to upload it so I can review it.

To conclude:
- very likely the tissue the doctor removed was a fibroid or a polyp, both are benign (not dangerous)
- removing these improves fertility so you should not be worried
- if you have the result of the ultrasound, please upload it so I can evaluate it. Your age is important information for me to know as well.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.
