Question: hello,
I am writing today to see some thoughts on whaf goong on. I am terrified i have a spinal tumor.
on sunday of last week my back stsrted to hurt. the week prior i worked out 5 days with no complaints. sunday am we left for a 2.5 hour drive and stsrtign noticing discomfort in my lower back. during the day we sat on bleachers all day and it got a lot worst. like pretty bad pain. Went to sleep with no issues. like it doesnt keep me up. rolling over in bed was painful that morning. since them their is soem discomfort but not a lot. throigh out the week, i didnt work out but did a massage and stretching. the pain isnt worst bit not terribly better. from last sunday a lot better bit thoigh out the week has ststed the same. i mainly feel it worh sitting . leaning on something seems to help. bending over to touch my toes i feel it but standing up from thst position doesnt hurt. my spine area has some tenderness in the lower back but no swelling or bruise. sometiems the pain radiates into my buttock. i am taking IB profun for discomfort. i plan to go to the doctors this week but so scared they will say i have cancer. most of the pain is on the sode opposed to my spine. i just had a physical 2 days before this started. all looked good and blood good. i am attaching a photo of the area when my back feels it. a couple more things, when sitting in the car or chair, i feel it most. its felt sometiems one side, sometimes both sides of lower back- maybe depending on how im sitting. i can go about regular sctivities. when sitting and i go to straighten back back, it feel it briefly.

Brief Answer:
It is not a sign of spine cancer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
The symptoms and signs you have described are not a sign of spine tumor( primary tumors from spine are extremely rare).
The symptoms are more consistent with a musculoskeletal pain or disc bulge.
As of now you can use over the counter available analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief.
If you are worried, you can go for an MRI spine just for reassurance.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Given.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Spine tumors are rare and the symptoms will include, weakness of lower limbs and loss of sensation, loss of bowel or bladder control etc.
The most common cause for spine or back pain is disc related problems where the disc like structures between your spine protrudes and compress the nerve roots and give rise to pain.
Musculoskeletal pain refers to pain in the muscles probably after a minor trauma or severe physical exertion.
As of now you can use over the counter available analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief.
An MRI may be taken to make a diagnosis.
Thanks
