Having Dull Aching Pain Below My Left Breast Periodically For

Question: having dull aching pain below my left breast periodically for 8 months and cant have any weight applied on area. It now also moves around to the right side below breast and then moved up into chest area. I cannot tolerate any pressure on chest and or pick up anything over 15 pounds without oncoming pain. I am feeling exhausted daily and a bit anxious. Aside feeling a bit lethargic. What is my issue?

I read your query and here is my advice.

I think the pain that you are having on left side below breast and a bit on right may be caused by pancreas issues possibly pancreatitis.
I can suggest you to do an abdominal ultrasound also measure the enzyme levels of amylase and lipase.
If these tests come out clear you may need to do a x-ray of spine to check the vertebrae and intervertebral discs because an issue with your spine may cause nerve compressions and pain in the area below ribs.
