Brief Answer:
Start probiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concerns but don't worry. Infants are prone to mild gastritis and enteritis which leads to short term aversion to feeds.

I would recommend you to start a probiotic such as Enterogermina to restore normal healthy gut flora. Continue with breastfeeding and keep trying complementary feeds. Give him more liquids such as soups, buttermilk, lemonade, cardamom water along with fruits.

Hopefully he will be fine in next 2 days.
Take care
