Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Androgenetic alopecia is the most common cause of hair fall in males. There is thinning of hair from the frontal and mid scalp along with recession of anterior hair line giving to an 'M' shaped anterior hair line. Other common causes are Telogen Effluvium and Alopecia areata. I request you to kindly upload a few images of the affected areas on scalp in "Reports Section" so that I am able to have a better understanding of your concern.

Brief Answer:
Androgenetic alopecia
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You have androgenetic alopecia. I can see in the images that your anterior hair line is receding and there is some thinning on the top of the scalp,
I suggest you to use minoxidil 5% solution, 1ml, twice daily. In addition I suggest you to take an oral finasteride 1mg tablet. Both of these are approved medications for androgenetic alopecia in males. These are prescription medications and I suggest you to kindly talk to your local practitioner for a prescription of the same. You may also use a ketoconazole based shampoo e.g Nizral shampoo or Scalpe shampoo
