Brief Answer:
you can use tetrafol plus and tentex forte

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

You could not provide sufficient information. I will try my best to help you.

As you are not married, it is difficult to diagnose erectile dysfunction.

To make your penis hard I suggest following.

5-PDE inhibitor group of drug like sildenafil or tadalfil is useful. Person can take it before 2 hours of sex for good erection. After 3-4 successful attempts he will have confidence and person can do without help of medicines later on. These are prescription medicines and you need to consult doctor for the same.

Apart from this if you want to take supplement, my recommendations are as below.

You can use medicine cum vitamin supplement containing pyridoxal-5-phosphate, mecobalamin and l-methylfolate (trade name tetrafol plus)is very helpful in my patients. It has shown improvement in 50-60% patients of mine with ED. You may get this medicine over the counter as it is vitamin product.

I would like to also mention ayurvedic medicine option. Tentex forte is the medicine which is useful for penis temper. No side effects have been reported.

If I were your treating doctor I suggest one tablet of tetrafol plus after meal twice daily for two months and one tablet tentex forte daily at night with a cup of milk for 4 weeks.

Hope this answer will help. feel free to discuss further.

Brief Answer:
pilex for piles

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for follow up.

You misunderstood the tablets names.

Actually tetrafol is the tablet which contains pyridoxal phosphate and methyl folate.

You should take tetrafol plus after meal two times a day.

Tentex forte is the ayurvedic product and you should take one capsule every day night with cup of milk.

No need to take 5-pde inhibitor at present.

I think you are asking for ointment for piles.

Pilex is the ayurvedic ointment you can apply twice a day.

Also take high fibre diet and one or two glass of warm water in morning before going to toilet. If you have bleeding or severe pain, better to take opinion of surgeon.

If still any query there, I will be happy to answer. If not, you can close the discussion and if feasible give your feedback and rating so I can improve my service. In future you can contact me directly on this site if you wish with this link:
