Question: I have sinus ache behind my nose followed by nausea, with smell sensitivity of smoke when no one else in the house smells smoke, then on comes dizziness and I have notice my vision for reading has significantly changed about a few months ago to which I have had to get reading glasses. My Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist ruled out any sinus or inner ear problem and referred me to my GP for possible migraine that might be causing all these recent systoms?

Brief Answer:
Get examined and evaluated as advised

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

One possibility of headache with decreasing vision may be giant cell arteritis.
Other possibilities may be brain space occupying lesion.
Get blood ESR tested. Brain imaging may be required too.
Get examined and evaluated by a neurologist.
