Brief Answer:
Pubic bone or joint inflammation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Pelvic pain only while walking can be due to pubic bone or joint inflammation, stretching of the ligaments in that are, urinary bladder infection etc.
I will suggest you to get a pelvic X ray and a urine examination done to confirm the diagnosis and get further treatment accordingly.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
