Question: Quesiton 1"Androgen allow bone to fuse, but if u dont have enough androgen, ur bone cannot fuse,then u ll be short,but ppl with little androgen are actually tall, WHY?

Answer 1: Bones have epiphysis and metaphysis. Initially both of these are not fused and they fuse by the effect of estrogen and androgens. As long as bones end are not fused, bones continue to grow. People with androgen deficiency, have the bones end open for a long time and hence bones grow longer and they are tall.

Answer 2: Thyroid hormone in normal concentration helps increase your bone growth, but increased levels of thyroid hormone, above your normal levels will increase bone loss.
