Brief Answer:
emergency contraception

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
Ideally after taking an ipill within 72 hrs of intercourse, withdrawal bleeding usually occurs within 5-7 days and even 10 days in some cases, so one needs t be patient in this regard. Another concern that she vomited after 8 hrs of ipill intake, thats perfectly fine and doesn't imbibe a need to take another pill at all, the previous one would have been easily absorbed by then.
So you should ideally wait for more 48 hrs and then get a serum beta hcg test done to rule out pregnancy. This is a blood test and the earliest which can detect pregnancy after 7 days post last intercourse. So if hcg test is negative as of tomorrow then she is not pregnant at all and she can then safely wait for her menses to resume naturally even for a week thereafter.

In that case chances of pregnancy are anyways less and you have taken double protection , thats a good thing. Still get a serum beta hcg test done.
