- Inderal 10 (propanolol) - Dosage: 1 - 1 - 1

Brief Answer:
pregnancy category C drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.

I can understand your concerns.

The drugs which you have listed are pregnancy category C.
This means animal studies have shown an adverse effect on the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in humans.

Since your wife is not taking these drugs from more than last 5 months, the drugs would have been washed out of her system by now. But the risks can only be ruled out after an anomaly scan.

I would advise you to keep a regular follow-up with her gynecologist for growth monitoring of fetus by clinical examination and ultrasonography. If the ultrasound is normal, the risk to fetus is minimal.

Hope this answers your query satisfactorily.

Take care.
Thanks.
