Brief Answer:
One multivitamin daily

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

1 tablet of Multivitamin with Minerals should be taken every day for a lifetime which should provide at least 200% RDA for iron, folic acid, copper and thiamine. It should also contain B 12, selenium and zinc. Vitamin D and calcium should be supplemented separate from the iron containing multi vitamin by at least 1 hour. Please consult your doctor to advise the specific multivitamins. You may discuss the above recommendations with your treating doctor.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
