Brief Answer:
Outcome is very good in Trans anal endorectal pull through

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platfirm

Trans anal endorectal pull through surgery is a newer modality and has very less complication with good long term outcome.
Most of the complications occur during initial 6 months.
As already more than one year has been passed without any significant complication the thing which should be followed is incontinence of bowel and sexual function. Recurrence rate is less than 3-5 percent as per various studies.
Observe for constipation, loose stool and growth of the child.
Be in regular follow up with your doctor.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
