Question: Hello Doctor . I Am XXXX my age is 21 Running and my Height is 5.6 As well as my weight is Only 50 kgs and I Am Underweight, So Doctor Please Suggest Me How To Increase My weight & health.

Second question is about the Ayurwin nutrigain Granules & capsules
Can I get this product for Increasing my weight & health ?

I am Dr. Ganesh

I have calculated your BMI it is 17.3, where as by your height / weight it should be more than 18.5, approximately 55 kg body weight (minimum 5 kg to put on for your height)

I have gone through regarding the Ayurwin products ( herbal products) its ok to use these products as usually they do not have any mentioned side effects.

However I would recommend more of natural products than the supplements.
Suggest to have healthy food, more of milk products ( milk, butter, curd, ghee). If non vegetarian have more of red meat. Try maximum proteins - egg, pulses, and so on.

Add pistachios, roasted channa to your diet. Make them your evening munchies. Other snack ideas include whole wheat or multi grain bread/ soy sticks with hummus or peanut butter, salsa dips, chutneys as they are high on fibre - healthy. Increase liquid intake and minimum workup will help.

Multiple small portions of food in regular intervals would help. Try these for couple of months you might feel better and put on some weight.

Another thing you don't need abrupt growth - you need slow growth.
