Brief Answer:
There might be possibility of blockage of coronary arteries.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
A positive TMT means there is possibility of the blockage in coronary arteries of the heart. In simple words,it indicates that there is deprivation of blood supply to heart musculature while doing heavy work or exercises.

But it is only screening method to check the electrical activity of heart while physical exertion.

This positive result indicates for further evaluation of coronary arteries depending on the severity of changes.

If it has shown significant changes then you can go for Coronary Angiography as per your cardiologist advise.
If it has shown minor changes and your doctor also feels it is borderline than you can go for CT coronary angiogram.

can you tell me your age and other medical history?

You consult cardiologist with this TMT test results for complete medical history and thoroughly clinical examination.
