Brief Answer:
dose is fine

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
The dose your doctor has prescribed is fine.
Only 5 to 10 percent of nebuliser medicines reach the lungs.
Three times of the prescribed medicine is fine.
It is within the recommended limits.
You can continue without worry.
Wishing your child good health and speedy recovery.
