Brief Answer:
Repeat scan required

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
I have reviewed the report.
The report shows gestational sac and yolk sac which are the beginning structures in pregnancy ultrasound.
Fetus is still not visualised, however, if there is no bleeding and the gestational sac is regular , we can wait till the size of the sac is 25 mm for the fetus to form.
Since the sac size is 18 mm, hence a repeat scan in 10 days is advised to confirm the viability of the pregnancy.
# distinct large subserosal fibroids are also seen.
However, subserosal fibroids are unlikely to affect the pregnancy or its outcome.
I will suggest a repeat TVS after 10 days.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Progesterone support

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Chances of miscarriage at this stage is approximately 50%.
No medicines are likely to help.
However, progesterone supplementation can be given as a support , but viability of pregnancy completely depends upon the genetic composition of the fertilized ovum and sperm.
