Question: Yes, so in short i work 5-7 days a week have 7 employees and countless jobs i could hire ten more if they were reliable so im always on the presapiss of not completeing or not getting done what my standards are and ive been known too be extremely anal about everything, i believe its apart of my problem. Now i know im not a doctor but i read alot about things concerning a life long anxiety problem ive tried for past month 1/2 miligram clonapin in morning and half at night not exactly doing it but im trying to ease in and see if it helps it has but not totaly now im buying off and aquintance . My concerns obviously vary with that. Im trying to start another company on side and i feel overwhelmed . I know i should talk to someone and i know i shouldnt self diagnose but i dont have time i work till four then sit on phone and do paperwork till 8

Brief Answer:
Need evaluation; kindly avoid self medication.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Thanks for follow up.
Sorry for delay in answer;I had a very busy emergency duty yesterday.

From your description, it seems like you are suffering from generalized anxiety disorder. We diagnose this condition when excessive anxiety and worry occurs for >6 months with undetectable causes. The diagnosis is especially likely if you have associated symptoms like difficulty in concentrating, restlessness, easy fatigability, irritability, sleep disturbance, feeling keyed up or on edge etc.

But before thinking of treatment, we need a detailed evaluation by a psychiatrist, because:
1)Anxiety may be caused by some medical conditions like hyperthyroidism, disturbances in serum corticosteroid or catecholamine levels(pheochromocytoma, hypercorticism) etc. In this case, anxiety will respond to treatment of the underlying condition.
2)Anti-anxiety drugs are to be used with care and need careful follow up with frequent titration of dosage to find out the suitable agent and dosage for a particular person. Over the counter use must be avoided at any cost.

So, kindly see a psychiatrist for evaluation.
Meanwhile, try to avoid overstress in work and to share responsibilities.
A healthy body and mind is much more important than our professional gains.

Hope this will answer your query.
Be free to ask if you need further clarification.
Wishing you good health.
Thank you.
