Question: What is the best treatment to reduce the dandruff?

Thank you for posting the query,
Treatment of dandruff depends upon the severity of dandruff.Various anti dandruff shampoo are available for the same like :
1) ketocanzole 2% shampoo
2) Cyclopiroxiolamine shampoo
3) Sebowash shampoo
These shampoo should be used twice a week only .
If this doesn't help then one can try topical steroid lotion as well as an adjutant to shampoos.
If more sever then oral anti fungal can also be added to the list .
And lastly if it doesn't respond to the above then oral retinoids can also be tried even though the above methods are more effective.

The shampoos which you can use are either Triatop shampoo or 8x shampoo .This has to be used twice a week .If this doesn't help then sebowash can be added as once a week use.
