What Is A Red Rash On The Upper Thigh Near Testicle Be?

Question: This morning I discovered a red, angry looking blotch on my upper inside thigh, near my left testicle. What could it be?

Can you please attach a photo of it so I can give more precise answer?
Do you take any anticoagulants? Does it itch?

Such lesion can be a fungal infection or some hematoma.
Fungal infection is usually itchy. Slowly appears and stays for a long time if not treated.
Hematoma can appear suddenly. It is more possible if you have varicose veins or take any anticoagulants.

This is the best answer I can give not being able to see it.

It does not itch. I do not have varicose veins and I do not take anti co-agulents.

I take calcium pills and vitamin D pills only

Well, still its hard to tell not being able to see it.
The best you can do is to wait. If this wont get any larger, wont start itching or aching, just have it under observation. If any of this symptoms will appear, consult dermatologist.
