Brief Answer:
No

Detailed Answer:
One extra pill should not hurt.

It is not common knowledge that it is actually the weekly cumulative synthroid dose that matters. So occasionally endocrinologists world over prescribe synthroid in doses that may be different for certain days of the week versus others. For example 100 mcg on weekdays and 125 on weekends which equates to an average daily dose of 107 mcg. So although 107 mcg tablet is not available, every now and then endocrinologists will prescribe this schedule if they wish to give a patient 107 mcg daily dose.

So if you follow what I am saying here, you will perhaps be able to understand why I say it should not matter if you have inadvertently taken an extra dose today.

If you are certain you took double dose today, skip the tablet tomorrow.

If you are unsure whether you did so or not, it wont hurt to continue with the regular daily dosing. A single extra dose generally poses no harm
