Detailed Answer:
Hi there
I am Dr Saumya Mittal, MD
I am going to try to help you with you with your query
But first and foremost, congratulations.

ideally, there are no particular types of foods that you need to avoid
You can have all food groups that you like.
However, I usually suggest to my patients to avoid foods that are prone to cause infections and diseases.

eg. 1
There is something called as gestational diabetes. In this, a person who is not a diavetic, develops high sugars during pregnancy. Therefore I suggest my patients to watch their calory intake. Of course the best way to check this is via regular checkup of sugars

Alternatively, avoid high salt content in diet. This is going to help in controlling conditions like pregnancy induced hypertension.

eg. 2
avoid foods that may cause infections. Cheese, salads, unpasteurized juices and milks may contain infectious agents. So you can avoid these.

Similarly, agents like mercury may be found to be high in foods like sea food. So avoid these.

Cooked foods and fresh foods are the best option for any person, this is more true for pregnant ladies.

Please feel free to ask a follow up query
Best of luck
