What Does This Urine Analysis Report Of A 1 Year Old Indicate?

Question: my 1.5 yr old son had a mild fever. And I have been giving him fevago ds 3 ml based on doctors advice. the fever is in control now. But as he had an episode of UTI an year ago doctor a advised a urine analysis. I have attached the report. can u please advise if that looks fine or is there something I shud worry abt?

The report is normal. There is no evidence of infection based on the report attached.
You can continue fevago Ds as per doctor advice.
If fever persists you need to consult your pediatrician again

since last night my son developed rashes all around his this/legs area. and there are blisters on his sole area. I have attached the pictures. Can u please check and let me know if I should be concerned abt this. He does not feel itchy and there is no fever accompanied too. today the blisters on sole are accumulating puss. please let me know if I should see a doctor

It looks like bacterial infection like impetigo.
Will have to be confirmed by physical examination by your pediatrician.
It might need treatment with antibiotics and antiseptics.
