Brief Answer:
Possibility of herpes simplex infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have reviewed the images.

Seems like a group/cluster of small red raised bumps - some of them crusted. I would like to keep the possibility of either herpes simplex virus infection or impetigo-bacterial - a bacterial skin infection.

Do you have any associated symptoms like Itching? Tingling? Burning? Pain?

I suggest you apply a topical antibiotic cream e.g Mupirocin 2%cream or Fusidic acid 2% cream, twice a day for a week.

Regards

There is zero itching tingling or pain. I also dont see any actual crusting in the area. Is it possible it can be something else?

Brief Answer:
Possible reasons. If possible upload more images which are close up and sharper

Detailed Answer:
Thank you.

It seems that two little areas in it are a little raw/excoriated/crust. A few more sharper images of the affected site would help delineate that more clearly. The earlier images get a little fudgy when I zoom the skin lesion.

This could possibly be a simple bacterial infection (impetigo) if not herpes simplex infection. Pain or tingling are not diagnostic symptoms and may be absent in impetigo and herpes, respectively. Lack of itching goes against it being an insect bite or dermatitis-the other possible reasons which I initially thought of. I suggest you use a topical antibacterial e.g mupirocin or Fucidin or Neosporin.
