Brief Answer:
Needs monitoring by ultrasound scan.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
You have a small benign hemorrhagic cyst in the right ovary. Such cyst occurs when bleeding occurs within a cyst. It can cause an abdominal pain. If the pain is severe then surgical removal is needed. In case there is no pain or symptoms then it should be monitored every 6 months with an ultrasound scan.
It usually does not increase in size and remains as it is for many months. Only monitoring by ultrasound scan or MRI scan and blood CA-125 levels need to be monitored to rule out any malignancy.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Thank you doctor!

Is the cyst size is too big to worry and is there any possibility of internal rupture and bleeding?

Brief Answer:
It is a small cyst.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The size of the cyst is a small one. There are very low chances of rupture or internal bleeding. A rupture is associated with an acute pain in the abdomen. You need not worry about it.
Hope my answer is helpful.
