Brief Answer:
Need futher assessment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
welcome to HCM,

I have seen your semen report.

Your sperm count is very low and presence of pus cells might be indicative some infection. This infection could be the cause of low sperm quantity and should be given some medical attention.

First I would suggest you to take antibiotics (like levofloxacin or norfloxacin) for 7 to 10 days full course for this infection. And then go for semen analysis again.

Also,If you are having following type of your life style, you may have to change as any of them affect the quantity and quality of semen:

1. Working in very hot atmosphere like near a furnace or so
2. Prolong standing,
3. Any exposure to chemicals may also affect your sperm production.

Please get checked from the Andrologist/Urologist whether you have varicose veins in the scrotum (vericocele). If so, it needs prompt treatment.

Also, there are no specific medicines available in Allopathy which can increase the sperm counts.

However, there are many Ayurvedic preparations which are available in the market but none of them is effective. And also they not approved by FDA and more over the effect of such preparations are not evidence based.

They are only sold for money and there is nobody who has really benefited from such Ayurvedic products and instead of it, they may cause unwanted side effects.

The best option for you is to visit Andrology clinic and get yourself checked for the reason for low sperm count.

Avoid smoking, alcohol,and tobacco preparations.

Depending upon the reason for your low sperm count, your treating infertility specialist will advice you for some assisted reproductive technique,if low sperm persists even after treatment.

Hope this answers your query.
