Brief Answer:
Hyperlipidememia/occult gall bladder disease?

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

You seem to have elevated TGL along with an incomplete cholestatic pattern of liver disease.

This LFT warrants further investigation in the form of ultrasound abdomen to rule out gallstones which could contribute to elevated TGL and Alk pHos.

In all such results you need to restrict fatty food coupled with good daily exercise protocol for 30 min a day.

An abnormal Lipid profile also warrants a baseline ecg and 2 dimensional screening echo of the heart to detect any atherosclerotic heart disease.

This kind of lipid profile needs drug management in the form of statins in low doses to correct lipid abnormalities.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
High normal to marginal rise.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The SGPT and SGOT levels are only marginally elevated. They can be considered within high normal range too.Hence there status is +/-.

Only if these values are persistently high or showing progressive increase, you need to bother.

Thank you.
