Brief Answer:
Acute gastritis

Detailed Answer:
hi,

I am sorry for the delay in answering question.
You seem to have abnormal lipid profile. What is your weight? what is your fasting blood sugar? what is your Hba1c?
At the current set of symptoms there seems to be acute gastritis which is also common with fatty liver.
You should better stop taking coffee, heavy meal, avoid tight clothing, peppermint, spicy meal.
You can take Tab PAN D one tablet 30 min before breakfast for 15 days.
Regular Physical activity and weight loss about 10% to current weight will definitely benefit for high cholesterol, fatty liver and gut issues.
