Question: Sir, I am normal guy going to gym. Takes protein supplement and BCAA after workout. I workout at evening. Last day i.e.5.8.17 I had my creatinine test and it is 1.13 mg/dl normal range upto 1.13 mg/dl. So, last day after exercise I didn't took protein or BCAA. Today I repeated the test again the result is same (report attached). Also last week I took some quantity of alcohol upto wednesday. Whether there is any problem with kidney function, becoz creatinine is steady for two days.

Brief Answer:
Reports not attached

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Unfortunately I do not find any report attached. I would insist you to reupload.

Let me tell you that taking protein supplements is not mandatory and taking protein rich diet is a better idea. Will be able to comment further after checking the reports.

I will await your response. Let me know if I could help further.

In case of increased muscle protein turnover, creatinine may rise

Detailed Answer:
Creatinine can be raised in case of increased muscle protein turnover and in your case I would not worry about it.
