Brief Answer:
Get another ultrasound tomorrow

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your anxiety about the issue.
Yes dear they haven't ruptured yet and must be due for rupture in few hours.
Yes there are chances that all 3 follicles rupture together.
But usually only one baby is formed and at the XXXXXXX twins in around 5-7% of cases.
Get another ultrasound tomorrow too to confirm rupture.
All the best

Thanks for your reply. Actually the egg should be released in less than 48 hours after injection. But it is more than 72 hours but still not released. Means they release naturally only one egg slowly? 2) what are the chances to have no egg released in this cycle? 3) doc told to have LH hormone injection today. But we are worriing if all three wl be released. So we didn't have the injection again. Pl suggest me how we proceed to have single baby. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Take LH injection

Detailed Answer:
Indeed there are high chances of no release of egg to the tune of 50-60% even after LH injection
And around 10-15% chances of multiple egg release after LH injection.
But still in my opinion you should take LH injection and take the risk because risk of multiple pregnancy is 5 % or less in your case and even if multiple pregnancy occurs then also single pregnancy can be achieved by embryo reduction in pregnant state.
So don't hesitate while getting the LH injection.

Thank you madam. However we have missed the LH injection. My period is regular with 27days cycle. Yday is 22nd day. Still I have chances to egg release in this cycle without injection? If yes what r the chances of releasing single egg and all three eggs? If no egg is released in this cycle, does these effects next cycle? Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Very less chances of egg release

Detailed Answer:
As I told you very less chances of multiple egg release and ample chances of single egg release but still chances of pregnancy are grim in this cycle.
Ever since you have already crossed 22 day of cycle there seems minimal chances of spontaneous release of egg and thus pregnancy.
Just relax and wait for periods which can be delayed for 2-7 days.
Next cycle will not be affected so you can start another cycle for conception.

Thanks Madam. Today ( day 26) I had scan. Left overy 1) 27*25. 2) 21*19. Right overy 1) 30*29. Endometrium 11 mm. Doctor told that two of those eggs are became cysts. She told that still we have chances to release one egg. She prescribed Naturogest 200 for 15 days. 1) still I have chances to release the remaining egg? 2) Does these cysts go away normally? Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Pregnancy cannot occur by these eggs

Detailed Answer:
Yes dear cysts go away naturally but usually they will not rupture now.
Abd even if they do rupture there cannot be pregnancy via these hyper mature eggs.
So just take naturogest and forget this cycle and wait for periods to come.
Take care
