Question: hi doctor,

On day 10th, my Endometrium lining is 4.5 mm. Is this low. I am trying to conceive. Doctor suggested to take ecosprin.
Also, in 2009 I had right ectopic pregnancy , both my tubes are intact and in 2009 only I had got HSG done which was normal.

I conceived after that in 2010 ( from left). Now I am trying for second, should I skip right ovulation or continue. I am 38 yrs old.

continue

Hi,

Your doctor has given you ecosprin which will help for endometrial growth.

Continue ovulation and try.

Also start progynova 2mg 3 times a day for next 15 days. This helps endometrium growth.

Brief Answer:
Get hysterolaparoscopy done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You can ignore the thought of right or left ovulation.

If you dont conceive get hysterolaparoscopy done to check tubal opening as well as polyp which can be removed during this procedure. You dont need anymore HSG.
