Brief Answer:
Unlikley some heart issue from EKG, but undergo 2D-echo for a safe side.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,

I have read your query and have gone through the attached EKG.

The EKG findings are clinically within normal limits (normal sinus rhythm) and I did not find any left atrial abnormality. Means there is no need to believe on the EKG machine's finding ,it should always be interpreted by physician.

Since you have pain over left or heart side for the past 15 days,I would suggest you to take over the counter pain killer gel or tablet with anti-anxiety medications (like tab.deanxit or recita forte) for some relief.

However,I would advise you to undergo '2D-echocardiography of heart' to rule out left atrial hypertrophy/abnormality (Enlargement of a portion of heart- left atrium) for a safer side although it is unlikely evident of any heart involvement here (as per your EKG findings).

For that,I would suggest you to see some local physician or cardiologist who can perform 2D-echo scan and may prescribe you anti-anxiety medicines.

At present there is no need to worry much and take above medications.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have more doubts.
