Brief Answer:
Interstitial pattern needs further investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hello, thanks for your query.
First of all I want know your chief complaints at present like cough, breathlessness, loss of weight etc.
Chest xray is primary investigation for any lung complaint and associated abnormalities. As per your report if it is showing interstitial pattern , then chances of COPD( Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ) is one possibility. There are many differential diagnosis for this xray pattern.
We need to go for further evaluation like CT scan or pulmonary function test depending on your history.
Duration of active smoking is more important for any lung disease.
Looking forward for your response and history. If possible please upload your xray.
We will then discuss possible differentials and further investigation.

Regards.
