Question: My daughter's age is 14.5 years. CBP is normal except for the below.
Lymphocytes: 45.5 (normal range 20-40)
Basophils: 0.4 (normal range <1-2)
Eosinophils:2.1 (normal range 1-6)
WBC: Mild relative lymphocytosis
One month ago my daughter got the same results. After repeating CBP now after a month, got the almost same results.
I will consult doctor again. Kindly help with your expert advice as second opinion.
Kindly advice if treatment is required. I will be very grateful to you.

Brief Answer:
It may be due to many causes like recent viral infection etc.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HealthcareMagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Findings may suggests mildly raised lymphocyte count.
It may be due to many causes like recent viral infection etc.

Your daughter may need clinical examination and repeat test after three months.
It is generally not a very serous issue and it is expected to come down in next few months. It take time to become normal.

But it is important to evaluate clinically and exclude all causes.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
