The Greater than 30 RBC and 3 + blood was in the urine, 50 + bouts of bleeding blood in 2 days...

Can Hypergammaglobuliniemia cause this?

Blood in urine (hematuria) may be due to UTI,genito-urinary calculus,tumour etc.
It is important to exclude tumour etc due to your age.
You may need clinical evaluation and few investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test and ultrasound of KUB.
Ultrasound of KUB region is very important and it can exclude tumour etc.
CT scan of abdomen can be done after evaluation.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Hypergammaglobulinemia generally causes microscopic hematuria XXXXXXX bleeding due to this condition is unlikely.
