Brief Answer:
There has been an Old Scar in which Calcium has been deposited

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthCareMagic.com I am Dr.J XXXXXXX Anto Bruno Mascarenhas. I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help you.

"RIGHT BASIFRONTAL REGION INVOLVING THE LATERAL ORBITAL CORTEX" is a part of the brain.
SMALL CALCIFICATION means there is calcium deposit in that area

Calcium deposit in this area usually occurs if there has been some old problem in the brain (for example, infection) and that has healed to form a scar.

If there is calcium deposit, it usually means that the disease process is over and the problem will not grow and calcium gets deposited in scar

Brief Answer:
Scar means wound has healed

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir

When you fall down and scratch the skin
there is wound

later the wound heals and becomes a scar

if scar is formed it means the wound has healed

so
there is no need to treat the scar

only if the wound has not healed we need to treat it
