Brief Answer:
It means it is negative

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

The value below cut off value can occur due to various other reasons other than HIV and that is why we need some cut off value. I mean to say the antibody which reacts with antigen can be found for some range in other conditions.

The value well below the range is indicative that there is no HIV infection measurable by concerned test.

I hope this answers you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.

Brief Answer:
Because we have many thing to react

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

Although it is difficult to explain but you can understand that our body is not made of something pure or like that. It contains millions of antigen which sometime react falsely to the reagent which we use for test. It does not mean that only HIV can produce particular antigen but it can be produced normally or by many different viral infections.

Due to imperfect nature of biological system (rather call our testing system) we get some range and never 0 in any of the tests.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards.
